Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours using NZ Post. At this stage we are only shipping NZ and Australia wide. The tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is fulfilled.
Flat rate of $8 per order for NZ Orders and $20 for Australia Orders.
For shipping world wide, we can organise this for you. Please message us your order and your address and we can get a quote for you.
RETURNS
We will exchange on any purchase, excluding sale items. Any item that is not suitable or is the wrong size may be returned for an exchange at the buyer's cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must also be in their original packaging.
All items being returned must be received within 14 days of the date of purchase. As soon as we have received the returned item, a replacement will be sent out at buyer's cost or a refund issued.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
How we came to be
In 2021, our 7-year-old daughter decided she wanted to play tag, but finding suitable tag shorts or tights proved difficult. The only options we could find were from rep teams, and she didn’t like the designs. There were no cool designs available—at least not in NZ! After talking to other parents who faced the same challenge, we decided in 2022 to design and sell our own tag shorts and tights. And the rest, as they say, is history.
